We have our own test and R&D centre, state-of-the-art machinery and a large logistics centre that further enhance our efficiency.

We are a part of Liljedahl Winding Wire – a dynamic division with a wide geographical presence. This makes us able to offer extra support and provide the capabilities to handle complicated and worldwide orders.

Together with Liljedahl Bare Wire we represent a complete production chain, from processing of raw copper and ending with the customer's applications. This means that we are in control of the production process and the logistics flow from the mine to delivery on your doorstep.

FLEXIBILITY IN ALL WE DO
When choosing Dahréntråd, you are guaranteed the right product at the right time. "The right product" means quantities, dimensions and properties of your choice. "The right time" means that you will have your order delivered when you need it. One of the reasons why we can make such a promise is our logistical set-up in a brand new warehouse (built in 2009) that enables cost-effective and flexible supply solutions.

ENVIRONMENTAL INDUSTRY LEADER
In our production of winding wire we handle significant quantities of chemicals. It is therefore extremely important that we limit solvent emissions on soil, air and water to a minimum. And we do. With an emission of 0.5 g/kg wire since 1997, we have been far below the 2007 EU directive of 5 g/kg wire for a long time. Today, after years of continuous efforts, our emission is even lower. Our copper waste is 100 percent recycled and all our packing is reused. We have minimized discharge of copper into water supplies and excess energy from the production is used to heat our premises.
